Our Mission

To create meaningful opportunities for autistic young adults through journalism, storytelling, interviewing, and media production while showcasing their talents, perspectives, and potential.

Our Vision

A future where autistic individuals are represented, valued, and thriving throughout media, communications, and public life.

We envision autistic journalists, hosts, producers, creators, and storytellers contributing at every level of society—from local community events to the biggest stages in sports, business, entertainment, politics, and culture.

Our Values

Opportunity

Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, contribute, grow, and succeed.

Authenticity

We believe the most meaningful conversations happen when people can be themselves.

Inclusion

True inclusion is more than awareness. It’s creating opportunities and opening pathways to success.

Respect

Every voice matters. Every story matters. Every person deserves to be heard.

Growth

We celebrate confidence, learning, independence, and personal achievement.

Our Story

A on the Red Carpet was founded on a simple belief:

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

For many autistic young adults, finding meaningful employment opportunities and real-world professional experience can be a challenge despite possessing incredible talent, creativity, intelligence, and unique perspectives.

We wanted to help change that.

A on the Red Carpet provides autistic young adults with opportunities to interview leaders, athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers while gaining valuable experience in journalism, communication, media production, and storytelling.

Participants develop confidence, communication skills, professional portfolios, and workplace experience while sharing their voices with audiences everywhere.

Our goal isn’t simply to raise awareness.

Our goal is to create opportunities.

Every interview builds confidence.

Every conversation creates experience.

Every story challenges assumptions.

And every opportunity helps build a future where autistic individuals are recognized for their abilities and contributions.
